We hope you actually WANT to receive our emails!
So if you are expecting an email from us, however you’re not getting it please check your spam folder / junk mail / unwanted mail / promotions folder to make sure our email didn’t end up in any of those by accident.

To make sure this doesn’t happen again, you can do any (or all-) of the following:
- right click our email in your spam-/junk-/unwanted-/promotions folder and select “NOT JUNK” or “This is not spam” etc.
- right click our email and select “add to address book” or “save to contacts” etc.
- or manually add hello@balibudgethousing.com to your address book / contact list.
Nothing in your spam folder?
So you are expecting an email from us, yet your spam folder is empty?
This is where it gets nasty. Either we are slacking OR it might be a c o n s p i r a c y.
Anyway, please contact us and we’ll see if we can find out what went wrong.
