This villa is situated with rice fields to the south and west. It has a garden level unit and a separate upper level unit.
The compound is completely enclosed by a wall with a single shared entrance gate. There is a very nice sized pool that is 10 steps away from the front door of the garden unit complete with two comfortable teak lounge chairs.
The garden unit has a nice sized bedroom with AC, a modest kitchen and nice bathroom with bath tube. There is room for a computer desk or office area in the bedroom. It also has an outdoor living area.
The Balinese owners are decidedly not computer savvy. They've been relying on a small sign from the street. I agreed to promote it on Facebook for them.
Rent includes twice weekly cleaning with a weekly change of bedding, ll pool maintenance and chemicals are also included. The house has a speedy internet through telkom that is free for the daily, weekly and monthly rentals. For long term the cost of internet is extra.
The villa is not include electricity bill.

Nevertheless, Ubud is still well known with backpackers, spiritual people, and other tourists. There’s a free/slightly-hippyeqsque/yoga vibe to Ubud, which is great and makes Ubud such an experience. At Bali Budget Housing we get many requests for accommodation for rent in Ubud, however unfortunately it’s hard to find great deals on long term rentals in Ubud, since the area is very popular. Every now and then a little gem passes by, however it’s usually rented out very quickly, so if interested, act immediately!
