Umalas Accommodation

Just located 5 minutes north of the popular Seminyak, Umalas is a very popular area for expatriates who have a long term rental in Bali and stay for longer periods. You’ll find many luxury villa’s here and the last couple of years, the area is thriving and every time we drive through Umalas there’s something new (warung, spa, restaurant, villa, etc.). It’s hard to say where Umalas stops and Berawa or Canggu starts since the areas are very similar in look and feel. Although Umalas is not the most suitable area for Bali Budget Housing, which promotes affordable longterm accommodation in Bali, occasionally we’ll encounter an interesting house for rent.
